The box also includes artwork (which has a retail price of £8), a bag of sweets and an information card about the team from which shirt you have received. You have a 100% chance that you will receive 1 football shirt in your selected size that is equal to or greater than the amount you paid for the box. The football shirt you receive is random.

Returns & Exchanges

If you're unhappy with your order, then we can exchange it for a different shirt. We also offer full 30 day returns provided the product is returned in the same condition it was sent out in, excluding the return shipping fee to our facility. This means if the shirt has been detagged, worn, washed or marked then we cannot take it back.

Can I filter my Shirt?

Yes! After you add the Mystery Shirt to your cart you will be asked a couple of questions, including which teams & countries you wish to avoid! We recommend only choosing 3 leagues/nations to avoid, otherwise we may not be able to fulfill your demands. In which case we'll send out whatever shirt we feel is appropriate.

Are your shirts authentic?

Yes! All of our shirts from our Guaranteed, Premium and Kid's boxes are authentic.

How long will it take to arrive?

Please allow for up to 72 hours for us to hand select your shirt and create your box. Then your item will be posted and will take up to 48 hours to arrive in the UK.

My friends and I ordered a shirt, we want to avoid getting the same shirt!

That’s easy done! When filling out which teams you want to avoid after adding your shirt to cart, enter your friends name and we will ensure you don’t receive the same shirt! Equally if you want the same shirt as them, whether its for 5 aside or a party, let us know!
