Leagues and Nations cannot be avoided for the shorts and socks.

Every order comes with plenty of extra goodies including an A6 print, an info card on the story behind your team and sweets.

We ship worldwide to 195 countries (all items are fully tracked and insured).

Returns & Exchanges

If you're unhappy with your order, then we can exchange it for a different shirt. We also offer full 30 day returns provided the product is returned in the same condition it was sent out in, excluding the return shipping fee to our facility. This means if the shirt has been detagged, worn, washed or marked then we cannot take it back.

Do we ship worldwide?

Yes we do! We offer international shipping to all 195 countries. It costs a flat rate of £15, and delivery times can be from 5-21 days depending on where in the world you live!

Can I filter my Shirt?

Yes! After you add the Mystery Shirt to your cart you will be asked a couple of questions, including which teams & countries you wish to avoid! We recommend only choosing 3 leagues/nations to avoid, otherwise we may not be able to fulfill your demands. In which case we'll send out whatever shirt we feel is appropriate.

How long will it take to arrive?

Please allow for up to 72 hours for us to hand select your shirt and create your box. Then your item will be posted and will take up to 48 hours to arrive in the UK.

My friends and I ordered a shirt, we want to avoid getting the same shirt!

That’s easy done! When filling out which teams you want to avoid after adding your shirt to cart, enter your friends name and we will ensure you don’t receive the same shirt! Equally if you want the same shirt as them, whether its for 5 aside or a party, let us know!

What about customs!

We are uniquely positioned, based in Northern Ireland, that we avoid all custom charges within the EU. We do not take responsibility for any custom charges for ROW.

Disappointed

when opening the box we had the same socks as last time. a pair of Everton shorts which had already tried to be delivered in the first box and the shirt fro. the same club that we received last time albeit it was the current year. I would question if any records are kept over what has already been distributed. pleasingly this did arrive on time this time and was the right size. both areas we have had difficulty with in the previous two orders. Feeling pretty underwhelmed with this at present.

Very disappointing

Selected ultimate box for 7 yr old son,
You are given a list of options and allowed to select to avoid 3 leagues / countries
We were sent a northern Irish league kit which was not even on the list of leagues you could select to avoid.
Ultimate kit suggests that you are selecting to get one of the better league kits but this is not the case.

I'd say pay attention to the fine print. The jersey was an awesome one by kappa from turkey but the shorts and socks were Everton made by Umbro. Customer service said that could happen and was in the fine print. Be aware this can happen

I thought when you bought the ultimate kit it would be shorts and socks to match the top - I’m not sure it’s overly clear when buying this!

It was a surprise in a box

Did have a bit of a wait to get it delivered but when it arrived my grandson was very pleased with the contents. All is well that ends well..
