Once you've added a shirt to your cart, refine your order by telling us which teams, leagues or colours you wish to avoid so that we can ensure you get your perfect mystery shirt.

3. THAT'S IT!

We’ll hand-pick your shirt to perfection, ship it straight to your door. Ready for you to become the envy of your group chat.

Returns & Exchanges

If you're unhappy with your order, then we can exchange it for a different shirt. We also offer full 30 day returns provided the product is returned in the same condition it was sent out in, excluding the return shipping fee to our facility. This means if the shirt has been detagged, worn, washed or marked then we cannot take it back.

Do we ship worldwide?

Yes we do! We offer international shipping to all 195 countries. It costs a flat rate of £15, and delivery times can be from 5-21 days depending on where in the world you live!

Can I filter my Shirt?

Yes! After you add the Mystery Shirt to your cart you will be asked a couple of questions, including which teams & countries you wish to avoid! We recommend only choosing 3 leagues/nations to avoid, otherwise we may not be able to fulfill your demands. In which case we'll send out whatever shirt we feel is appropriate.

Are your shirts authentic?

Yes! All of our shirts from our Guaranteed, Premium and Kid's boxes are authentic.

How long will it take to arrive?

Please allow for up to 72 hours for us to hand select your shirt and create your box. Then your item will be posted and will take up to 48 hours to arrive in the UK.

My friends and I ordered a shirt, we want to avoid getting the same shirt!

That’s easy done! When filling out which teams you want to avoid after adding your shirt to cart, enter your friends name and we will ensure you don’t receive the same shirt! Equally if you want the same shirt as them, whether its for 5 aside or a party, let us know!

What about customs!

We are uniquely positioned, based in Northern Ireland, that we avoid all custom charges within the EU. We do not take responsibility for any custom charges for ROW.

Shirt not delivered for over two weeks - no phone number to complain

My shirt wasn't delivered for over two weeks - I had to contact you to remind you to ship it. You said it would be shipped next day with a 24 hour sticker, it still didn't reach us for another 6 days - after 3 days the courier led and said he'd tried to deliver but there was no one in, there was someone in all day. If you had a phone contact I might have been able to contact you in time for you not too miss my sons birthday.
